A disturbing incident has been reported in Karachi’s Buffer Zone area, where a motorcyclist allegedly engaged in inappropriate behaviour in front of a Pink Bus designated for women.
According to a video of the incident, the man had covered his face with a mask and was seen repeatedly making obscene gestures in front of the bus. Women travelling on the bus recorded the incident on their mobile phones; however, the suspect reportedly managed to flee the scene before any action could be taken.
The video has since gone viral on social media, triggering widespread public anger and condemnation.
The affected women have called on the Sindh Government, the Inspector General of Police and other senior authorities to take immediate notice of the incident and ensure the suspect is identified and arrested.
Police authorities are expected to launch an investigation into the matter.
