Incumbent US President Joe Biden, who took office earlier this year, has indicated he does not intend to be content with the presidency. He didn’t hint at doing his part by assuming the presidency like a new president does. Even before taking the oath, he had made it clear that his program was similar to the “New America” type of New Pakistan.
In this regard, his most ridiculous phrase was “America is back” which he kept repeating for the next several months. We always laugh when we heard this sentence. Because Tarzan is also part of our childhood memories. And what we know best about Tarzan is the “return of Tarzan.” So whenever Biden said America is back, we thought he was telling us Tarzan’s story.
The question is, if he is not satisfied with being a normal president then what does he want to be? The answer is very simple. He is determined to become Abraham Lincoln, not George Washington. But he may not realize that an extraordinary leader speaks less and does more. History remembers a person by his “work”, not by mere claims.
The situation in the United States, however, is that all the “time maps” that Biden gave to make his loud claims a reality failed. Even with regard to the corona vaccination, the situation is that out of a total population of 330 million in the United States, only 60% of the citizens have been vaccinated so far.
In contrast, the “oppressive government” of China, against which the United States propagates all year round, has so far completed the vaccination of 1.11 billion people. Perhaps this is the difference between a liberal democracy and a controlled democracy.
Nowadays, Biden’s so-called Democracy Summit is in headlines. Just as our religious leaders have always made money by endangering Islam, certain American politicians have been sounding the alarm “democracy is in danger” since World War II.
During this period, the United States carried out all the attacks in the world in defense of liberal democracy. According to them, it is only liberal democracy that ensures the protection of human rights. So they killed millions of people to protect human rights. And it is also proudly praised as an achievement.
Not only do they offer, but their hired ponies in various countries, including Pakistan, also carry out this propaganda at the local level. But which country in the world, including Russia, China and Pakistan, where the US does not intervene? How did the state get the right to interfere in the internal affairs of other states when the individual has no right to interfere in the life of others?
We are told that the decision to rule Pakistan will be made by the people of Pakistan. But sitting down the next day, these are the people who proudly say, “The new US president will not accept our current government. Imran Khan will not receive any call.”
There is no doubt that the current hybrid system of Pakistan is not acceptable to us citizens. But why is the US President interfering in our internal affairs? And that too in the context of propaganda that no one has the right to interfere in the affairs of others. It is the responsibility of the leaders, not the US President, to rescue the Pakistani people from this system.
There is no doubt that the United States deals with Pakistan through our GHQ. And our military leadership is well aware that liberal democracy has nothing to do with human rights or individual liberty. This is just a tool of American domination. When it comes to “domination”, while the United States has been active in dominating the world, our generals have also been trying to dominate Pakistan.
Their strategy is the same as that of the United States. The only difference is that the United States uses the card of “human rights” for its domination, while our general uses the card of “patriotism”. Now people create cards that are attractive according to the requirements of the situation.
In the current context, what has happened to the United States is that it has always endangered democracy. If Russia does not come under control, then democracy is threatened by Russia. Similarly, anti-democracy viruses have been identified in China, North Korea and other countries.
Throughout this period, where democracy has been described as “completely safe,” was the United States. But now democracy is in real danger. And that is the stronghold of democracy in America. And it’s just a matter of chance. In fact, the process of destruction has begun.
The January 6 attack on the US Parliament was not an accident. It was a well-planned attack, with the whole strategy behind it. American nationalists clearly say that their goal is to destroy liberal democracy. In these circumstances, if the oldest presidential candidate in American history remains a ray of hope for Americans, then the preparation for the funeral of Liberal Democracy should be done.
And these are the circumstances in which Joe Biden felt he could stand in the line of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. But Abraham Lincoln was not a playwright. He was a very serious and caring person. He did not pretend during the US Civil War that the threat was internal, but he did say it was external. He focused on the internal threat by calling it internal and became immortal in history through historical measures.
Biden’s position is that Liberal Democracy is threatened internally and is taking steps to address it externally. The threat is Donald Trump and the US Nationalists, while Biden is claiming China and Russia a danger.
Biden should have convened an American-led “Defense Democracy Conference” to try to contain the internal threat. But by holding a world summit, they are sending the message that Taiwan is a democracy and China a dictatorship. Guess how big this drama is now that Taiwan is not a state at all. There is currently no “country” in the world called Taiwan.
The four borders, known as Taiwan, are recognized by only 15 countries in the world. And the two most famous names in these countries are Guatemala and Haiti. The rest of the countries are so unknown that even the Urdu pronunciation of their names is beyond our reach.
Neither the United States nor any European country has recognized it as a country. But Taiwan was also invited to Joe Biden’s grand democracy summit. Guess what Biden’s deception really was. By not participating in such a deception, Pakistan has done the right thing. Why should we worry about the worst colonial system in the world?
