WASHINGTON: The United States has condemned the Iranian attack on Pakistan and said that Iran is the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the region.
According to the details, Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, has condemned Iran’s violation of the borders of Pakistan, Iraq, and Syria in a statement and said that Iran has violated the sovereignty of 3 neighboring countries in a few days.
In the statement, Matthew Miller said that Iran strongly condemns the attacks in Pakistan, Syria, and Iraq. “The US is closely monitoring the situation in the region. Iran is spreading terrorism in the region,” he said.
The spokesperson of the US State Department supported Pakistan’s position and said that on the one hand, Iran is the biggest sponsor of terrorism and instability in the region, while on the other hand, it claims that it needs counter-terrorism measures.
Yesterday, the Foreign Office not only strongly protested Iran’s missile attack in Balochistan as an attack on its sovereignty, but also severed diplomatic relations with Iran and recalled its ambassador from Iran. The Iranian ambassador was also asked to leave the country.
