Pakistan on Friday won the toss and elected to bat first against New Zealand in the final of the tri-nation ODI series at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi.
In the opening match of the series on February 8, the visiting New Zealand easily defeated Pakistan and later in the second match, it defeated South Africa.
On Wednesday, Pakistan defeated South Africa to qualify for the final.
