A minor girl was allegedly murdered after being raped; she had mysteriously gone missing yesterday, and her body was found in an under-construction building, as reported by national media.
According to a report, a 7-year–old girl was allegedly killed after being raped in the jurisdiction of the Mandrah police station in Rawalpindi. CPO Khalid Hamdani took notice of the incident involving the discovery of the girl’s body and requested a report from ASP Gujar Khan, issuing orders for the arrest of the suspects.
The police reported that the deceased girl had mysteriously gone missing while playing near her home yesterday. Her body was found in an under-construction building, and evidence is being collected from the crime scene.
The report of the girl’s disappearance was filed at the relevant police station last night, after which a search for the girl was initiated in collaboration with the family, leading to the discovery of her body in the under-construction house.
The deceased has been transferred to the hospital for a post-mortem examination, and the cause of death will be determined based on the post-mortem report. An investigation is ongoing from all angles regarding the incident.
