ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that steps have been taken to provide technical training to the students of seminaries.
In a series of tweets, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Prime Minister Imran Khan impressed the youth through his vision, steadfastness, and ideology who were frustrated over the corruption and dynastic politics in Pakistan.
Awan said that Rs 30 billion ‘Hunarmand Pakistan Program’ would prove to be a milestone in imparting quality professional training to the youth.
According to Awan, youth were the precious assets of the nation and they played a key role in victory of the incumbent government in the 2018 general elections.
She said that under the program, around 75 smart classrooms will be set up to ensure easy access to skill and professional education.
Earlier on Thursday, Imran Khan launched a skilled development program ‘Hunermand Pakistan’ aimed at the emancipation of youth through quality professional training.
Addressing the launching ceremony of Rs30 billion ‘Hunarmand Pakistan’ program in Islamabad, he said that the government would concentrate on enhancing job creation opportunities in the country this year.
