KARACHI: Sindh Police has arrested an extortionist who demanded a hefty amount from a trader in Karachi.
Sindh police arrested an extortionist who demanded Rs10 million from a tea company owner in the Manzoor Colony area Karachi. SP Arif Aziz said suspect named Bilal sent a threatening letter along with two bullets to owner of a tea company asking him to pay Rs10 million extortion.

The suspect had earlier faced jail many times too and investigation against him is underway, police said.
Earlier, an extortionist handed over a letter to the security guard for the owner which carried two bullets and a letter that exhaustively detailed the whereabouts of the threat recipient.

The complainant, Saqlain, said in his report to Ferozabad Police Station that the two men handed over a courier company envelope to the guard. The police said that they have launched the complaint and will update about the matter soon.
