Famous film director Asim Raza’s movie ‘Parey Hut Love’ has bagged the Best Film in Wholesome Entertainment award at the South Asia Forum for Art and Creative Heritage (SAFACH)’s International Film Festival.
The third edition of the SAFACH, which is South Asia’s first borderless-international travelling film festival, was held last month in India.
Sharing the award on his Instagram account, Raza wrote: “Congratulations to the most amazing team in the world, I am so blessed to be a part of you.” Azaan Sami Khan, who composed the soundtrack for the film, commented on the post to show his appreciation.

Starring Sheheryar Munawar and Maya Ali, the movie also stars Ahmed Ali Butt, Zara Noor Abbas, Nadeem Baig, Hina Dilpazeer, Rachel Viccaji, Frieha Altaf, and Parisheh James in the plot.
Parey Hut Love is a 2019 romantic comedy film, directed by Asim Raza. Written by Imran Aslam, the story revolves around a young free-willed, commitment phobic, aspiring actor Sheheryar (played by Sheheryar Munawar) and a strong-willed girl named Saniya (played by Maya Ali) and their romance as they meet and fall in love over a series of unplanned encounters at weddings of their friends and family.
