Seven members of the same family, including children, were martyred in an Israeli airstrike in northern Gaza, media reported on Sunday.
At least 130 Palestinians have been martyred, and 263 others injured in the past 48 hours due to Israeli aggression. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, several of the injured are in critical condition, raising fears of an increase in fatalities.
A family member, Samih Al-Mashharawi, stated that his two brothers, their wives, and children were killed instantly in the bombing.
Additionally, five more Palestinians, including a child, were martyred in Israeli attacks on Beit Lahia and Gaza City. In southern Gaza’s Rafah area, another airstrike claimed the lives of two more Palestinians.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian group Hamas has rejected U.S. claims that it refused a ceasefire offer. Hamas stated that it was willing to release all Israeli captives, but Israel refused to negotiate the second phase of the agreement.
Following the end of the ceasefire, Israeli bombardment has intensified, worsening the already dire humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
