RIYADH: In a major facilitation for pilgrims worldwide, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has announced the introduction of a one-year multiple-entry visa for Umrah.
Under the new policy, pilgrims can now perform Umrah multiple times throughout the year on a single visa, eliminating the need to apply for a new visa for each journey.
According to the details, the visa will be valid for 365 days from the date of issuance, with pilgrims allowed a cumulative stay of up to 90 days during the validity period.
The Ministry clarified that the visa will not be valid for entry during the Hajj season.
This landmark initiative is expected to provide greater flexibility and convenience to millions of Muslims aspiring to visit the Haramain Sharifain more frequently.
