In Saudi Arabia, the Ministries of Culture and Education have announced the start of registration for the second phase of a qualification program for kindergarten women instructors to train them in the arts of music.
This program aims to include 8,000 female teachers. The program will be carried out under the supervision of music authorities and experts in kindergarten education.
The objective of the second phase of the program is to provide training to 8,000 kindergarten teachers from both public and private schools. This program will commence from next September, running continuously for four weeks.
This training seeks to enhance the capabilities of instructors and develop their academic and practical skills related to introducing children to the world of music and engaging them in musical activities. By identifying vocal aspects and related terminologies, the program aims to build children’s personalities and cultivate their aesthetic sense.
The first phase of this program was completed in May. In the initial phase, training in music was provided to 7,000 teachers.
