The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah invites applications for seasonal job opportunities linked to the forthcoming Hajj pilgrimage.
Prospective candidates can apply via the ministry’s website until March 28, coinciding with Ramadan 18.
These temporary roles will be based in Mecca, Medina, and Jeddah, offering diverse employment prospects crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of the Hajj pilgrimage.
Various positions are available, including supervisors for Hajj and Umrah, customer service representatives, mechanical technicians, engineers, and drivers.
Eligible applicants must be Saudi nationals with a minimum of a high school diploma. They should also meet the physical and health requirements relevant to their roles. Driver applicants need to possess a valid driving license for private, heavy, or motorcycle vehicles.
Candidates must be aged between 22 and 45 and pass a personal interview. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in Hajj and Umrah-related roles. Proficiency in languages spoken by pilgrims, such as Uzbek, Persian, Chinese, or Malay, is an advantage.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stressed that the application period runs from Ramadan 15 to 18, urging potential candidates to submit their applications promptly within this timeframe.
