MUMBAI: Movie ‘Sadak 2’ is set to release on 28th August on Disney Plus Hotstar VIP.
The trailer of Sadak 2 that stars Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles will be premiered in the end of the month.
Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, the storyline seems to be about revenge upon a godman played by the talented Makarand Deshpande, who almost looks unrecognizable in his new avatar.

From the looks of it, Alia, Sanjay, and Aditya together form a team to beat their common nemesis. While Sanjay is reprising his role as a taxi driver from the original 1991 release, Alia and Aditya are presented as lovers who require his services for a period of time.
Sadak 2 seems to be more stylised. So far, it is sufficiently intriguing, whether it repeats the magic of Sadak is yet to be seen.
Moreover, Sanjay Dutt has been detected with stage four lung cancer, said sources at Lilavati hospital. The actor, who was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after he complained of breathlessness, was discharged on Monday. His diagnosis revealed that he was suffering from stage four lung cancer.
