ISLAMABAD: The ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will hold a meeting with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) today.
During the meeting, a delegation of the PTI will discuss the country’s overall political situation with the MQM. Matters related to a provision of funds to the MQM will also be considered.
It said to be that the current move of PTI came after Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari asked the MQM to leave its alliance and join PPP so that both parties can stand against the PTI led government home.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that only his party could end injustices against Karachi.
Bilawal said that his party was ready to give MQM the same number of ministries they currently hold in federal.
Bilawal in his address said that he believed that together both could save Karachi by sending the incumbent government home.
