KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is set to celebrate 52nd Foundation Day today in Muzaffarabad.
As earlier announced by the PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari the PPP’s 52nd Foundation Day’s gathering would be held in Muzaffarabad today which will be attended by party leaders and workers from all over the country.

The stage has been set up and the venue has been decorated with party posters and flags with thousands of chairs. Strict security arrangements have been made for the gathering.
In his message on the eve of Foundation Day, Bilawal Zardari reiterated commitment to founding principles and also vowed to set a new direction for the country.
According to Bilawal, only a strong people’s agenda can pull Pakistan out of democratic, economic and governance crises.

The day marks the 52nd anniversary of the PPP, which was founded by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on 30th November 1967.
The PPP ruled the country five times since its foundation i.e. in 1970, 1977, 1988, 1993 and 2008.
