ISLAMABAD: A policeman killed his fellow cop over a dispute related to an apartment in Islamabad.
The incident took place in Sector G-6/1 Police Block near Aabpara market where three police employees named Farman Ali, Asim, and Bakht Munir were residing together in an apartment.
Farman Ali was on a break from work and was staying with them. Asim and Bakht Munir had a dispute over the possession of the apartment. Both held an argument after which Asim opened fire and killed his fellow policeman Bakht Munir.
The victim was taken to Polyclinic Hospital where he passed away. Asim fleed from the scene of the incident and effort are being made to arrest him. SHO Aabpara Shaukat Abbassi and SDPO Iqbal Khan arrived at the crime scene and collected evidence.
