ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to go to Quetta secretly to meet the family of the Hazara victims due to security concerns.
According to sources, due to security concerns, details of the prime minister’s visit to Quetta will not be disclosed to the media, and PM Imran Khan will quietly reach the city where he will meet the Hazara victims.
Sources have informed that the prime minister could leave for Quetta at any time. Sources said that after considering the demands of the victims at the government level, PM Khan has decided to go to Quetta and a visit is expected at any time.

Earlier, the family of the Hazara victims had protested against the massacre of miners by placing their bodies on the road and refusing to bury them till the arrival of the prime minister. The victims refused to end the protest, despite the government’s ownership in Quetta under federal interior ministers Sheikh Rashid, Ali Zaidi, and Zulfi Bukhari.
Today, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz has left for Quetta to meet the victims while PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto could not leave due to a technical glitch in the aircraft.
