Petrol price cut by Rs4.80 per litre, diesel reduced by Rs2.45

The federal government has announced a reduction in petroleum prices, lowering the price of petrol by Rs4.80 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs2.45 per litre.

According to the revised petroleum prices, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs331.95 per litre.

The reduction will provide some relief to consumers amid rising transportation and fuel costs.

The new prices will come into effect at midnight, according to the government’s notification.
