Pakistan’s call center industry continues to experience consistent growth in export earnings and business expansion, achieving over $200 million in revenue during the current fiscal year 2024-25.
According to data from the State Bank of Pakistan, call centers generated $207 million in export earnings between July and February, marking a 20% increase compared to $166 million during the same period last year.
This growth underscores Pakistan’s competitive edge as an outsourcing destination, driven by a cost-efficient service model that offers operational expenses 60-70% lower than those in the US and Europe.
The industry is thriving, with over 1,000 call centers providing inbound and outbound services to clients. Employing more than a million individuals in various roles, it has reinforced Pakistan’s position as a leading player in the global outsourcing market.
