RAWALPINDI: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that Pakistan values brotherly relations with Turkey.
According to the details, Qamar Javed Bajwa, while discussing the bilateral relations on the occasion of the meeting with the ambassador of Turkey, said that we value relations with Turkey.
As per the statement issued by the Department of Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, during the meeting of the Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa with the Turkish Ambassador, the regional security situation and issues of mutual interest were discussed.

During the meeting with the Turkish ambassador, cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey in the fields of defense and security was discussed. The Army Chief highlighted the relations with Turkey while discussing matters of professional interest.
According to ISPR’s statement, the Turkish ambassador praised Pakistan’s role in peace and stability in the region and also reiterated its determination to play its full role in promoting diplomatic relations.
Speaking during the meeting, Qamar Javed Bajwa said that Pakistan values relations with Turkey. The roots of the relations between the two countries are linked to history and mutual religious and cultural relations.
