During the meeting, the UK authorities briefed that while the country remains a member of EU and for the duration of the proposed transition, it would have to follow EU laws.
Both countries noted the provisions relating to UK’s membership of EU in the draft agreement between the United Kingdom and Pakistan concerning draft Air Services Agreement (ASA), signed in Manchester on February 25, 2008.
Both countries decided to review and potentially amend the draft ASA after the Brexit.
