LAHORE: The district administration has issued official rates for vegetables and fruits.
According to the details, the district administration has issued official rates for fruits and vegetables, including first-class potatoes at Rs 65 per kg, first-class onions at Rs 78 per kg, local garlic at Rs 160 per kg, and ginger.
The price of tomato has been fixed at Rs 230 per kg, tomato at Rs 90 per kg, desi cucumber at Rs 73 per kg, fenugreek at Rs 126 per kg, eggplant at Rs 52 per kg, cauliflower at Rs 63 per kg, and turnip at Rs 84 per kg.

In the official price list, the price of capsicum has been fixed at Rs 126 and okra at Rs 74 per kg, while the new price of desi lemons has been fixed at Rs 250 per kg. Peas will be available at Rs 178, gourd at Rs 157, pumpkin at Rs 84, China’s carrot at Rs 95, bitter gourd at Rs 115, and beans at Rs 115 per kg.
The district administration has also fixed the official prices of fruits including red apple at Rs 288 per kg, white apple at Rs 167 per kg, pomegranate at Rs 380 per kg, white apricot at Rs 157 per kg, peach at Rs 200, Iranian date at Rs 250 and melon at first. 73, watermelon Rs. 38 per kg, first-class banana in the official rate list has been fixed at Rs. 120 per dozen.
In the official price list, mango Saharni is priced at Rs 120, Sindhri at Rs 152, mango Dasheri at Rs 132 per kg, lychee at Rs 350, falsa at Rs 152, and jaman at Rs 164.
