PESHAWAR: The leader of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman on Sunday said that the numbers are complete and no-confidence motion is ready. We are moving forward. We will not return unsuccessful.
The Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman reached Kocha Risaldar in Peshawar, where he prayed for the martyrs.
While talking to media on the occasion, the PDM chief expressed distress over the tragedy in Peshawar and said that, “We have come to reassure the victims. We will thwart the conspiracies and not allow the atmosphere of mutual brotherhood to deteriorate.”
Earlier, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said that the opposition parties would not succeed in any move against the government as neither they had the required numbers nor public support.

Addressing a press conference, the federal minister said there was no possibility of the tabling of a no-confidence move by the opposition parties as they were only giving timelines. “The opposition parties were trying to create a political environment by staging marches and proposing a no-confidence move for a face-saving only,” he added.
He said opposition leaders, particularly Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, were reflective of their depressing situation as they have nothing to offer. He said that the two major opposition parties, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had been reduced to regional parties only.
