New allegations of rape and torture have emerged against Andrew Tate, an American-British social media personality, businessman, and former professional kickboxer, and his brother Tristan Tate.
According to a report by the BBC, two women have alleged that they were raped and strangled by Andrew Tate. Additionally, a third woman has made allegations against Tristan Tate, also a social media influencer.
The BBC report indicates that the two British women, who are not involved in the ongoing Romanian case against the Tate brothers, have provided detailed accounts of alleged incidents involving Andrew Tate that reportedly occurred approximately 10 years ago in Luton.
The report includes testimony from one of the women, Anna (not real name) who claims that in 2013, after a series of dates, she went to Andrew Tate’s residence. Anna alleges that Tate engaged in a conversation where he mentioned debating whether to rape her before he allegedly assaulted her.
“He started kissing me… and then said, ‘I’m just debating whether I should rape you or not.’ He then allegedly grabbed me by the throat, forced me onto the bed, strangled me, and raped me,” the report stated while quoting Anna.
The report also states that Anna received distressing text messages and voice notes from Tate following the alleged assault. When the BBC inquired about these communications, Tate declined to comment.
Another woman, referred to as Sienna, describes a similar experience with Andrew Tate. Sienna reports that they had a consensual encounter followed by an alleged assault, during which she claims Tate strangled her, causing her to lose consciousness. Upon regaining consciousness, she alleges that Tate was still engaging in sexual activity with her.
Sienna’s friend confirmed to the BBC that she had disclosed the incident to him at the time and had observed an injury. Sienna has expressed regret for not reporting the incident to the police.
The Tate brothers, aged 37 and 36, currently face charges in Romania related to human trafficking and forming a criminal organization to exploit women. Andrew Tate is also charged with rape.
If convicted, the Tate brothers could face over 10 years in prison. They have denied all charges.
Andrew Tate is currently under house arrest in Romania. Prosecutors are considering additional allegations against him, including involvement with a minor and trafficking underage persons. Both brothers are also being investigated for trafficking 34 more women.
