The video of actor Shaan Shahid and singer Ali Zafar dancing during an event in Lahore outside Wazir Khan Mosque has irked the social media users as their religious sentiments have been badly hurt.
Both have landed themselves in hot water after dancing on the beat of dhol during an event that was being held outside the mosque. Just after their video went viral, the hashtag ‘مسجد_وزیرخان’ has been trending on Twitter.
Some netizens are calling it ‘desecration’ of the Wazir Khan Mosque and some of them seem enraged over the act:
