The outrage sparked when US citizen and well-known businessman turned murderer Zahir Jaffer's complaint of a 'headache' and was taken to the PIMS in Islamabad.

Many netizens are angrily questioning why the murderer Zahir Jaffer, who brutally killed Noor Mukadam, a 27-year-old woman, is given a privileged treatment.

The outrage sparked when US citizen and well-known businessman turned murderer Zahir Jaffer’s complaint of a ‘headache’ and was taken to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad. The sources revealed that doctors present at the facility did his checkup and found out that everything was completely normal and he was discharged soon.

This special treatment given to Zahir Zakir Jaffer, the main suspect in the Noor Mukadam murder case, in prison has triggered netizens on social media.

It was earlier reported that Zahir Jaffer was taken to PIMS after he complained of having a headache. Social media users have condemned the preferential treatment for belonging to the privileged elite society and being a US national.

Fatima Bhutto, granddaughter of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto condemned the act by stating: “Unless every single prisoner in the Pakistani penal system goes to PIMS ifthey have a headache, this is a sick abuse of power,” author Fatima Bhutto wrote on Twitter. “Zahir Jaffer getting all the privileges of his wealth and influence in jail after his heinous crime is outrageous.”

Every time #ZahirJaffer asks for hospitals, bail and nice ironed shirts to wear to his trials, I hope the ppl deciding his fate remember, see and shudder when they think of this angelic face. I hope they can’t sleep knowing she’s waiting on them to deliver justice #NoorMukadam pic.twitter.com/P6cdJtfFmm

Any good criminal lawyers representing security guards & house staff of Zakir Jaffer to make sure they also have access to fair trial and due process? #NoorMukadam
