Nawaz Sharif habitual of buying his way out by offering bribes: Ali Zaidi

KARACHI: Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi has said that it has been the practice of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to straighten his ways through bribery.

Syed Ali Haider Zaidi took to Twitter and reacted to a news report by saying that Nawaz Sharif, as usual, tried to clear his way by offering bribes.

The report quoted a British firm as claiming that Nawaz Sharif offered him a bribe to hide his assets, to which Ali Zaidi reacted by saying that like the rest of the world, the CEO of Broadsheet called the Prime Minister a patriotic leader.

It may be recalled that Hussain Nawaz, son of Nawaz Sharif, said that if the claim of Broadsheet was true, the London High Court would not reject it. Responding to the PTI government’s allegations, Nawaz Sharif’s son said in a statement that the London High Court would never reject the true claim of Broadsheet while its visit to the London High Court was a conspiracy against us.
