Pakistani actress Mariyam Nafees raised her voice for the girls involved in the Lahore Garden Town Petrol Pump Tuck Shop incident.
Taking to her social media, she shared a video to reveal their side of the story.
Here is what the actress said in extreme anger:
“I know two of those girls and one is a very good friend of mine. They started beating the guy as a last resort when he started commenting about their bodies, calling them prostitutes and working girls.
“He also compared their bodies saying ye choti hai, ye bari hai, and all the sick things guys can do and say.
“After that, those girls said to him you can’t talk to us like this after which he started using abusive language. He said filthy words to them and asked them to leave the store but the girls replied, “Why should we leave the store?
Further Mariyam Nafees questioned, “Is this our safety that the girls cannot go out wearing Western clothes, jeans, and shirts just to have a single tea?”
