Famous fashion designer Maria B, known for her outspoken views on LGBTQ issues, has strongly responded to allegations made by digital media personality and transgender rights activist Dr. Mehrub Moiz Awan, escalating a public dispute that has sparked widespread debate on social media.
The controversy began after Moez accused Maria B’s husband of harassment through messages allegedly sent on a dating app, prompting the designer to deny the claims and warn of legal action.
Responding strongly to the allegations, Maria B warned Mehrub Moiz of legal action.
Maria B said, “Moez darling, don’t you know that posting fake edits on social media is a crime?”

She added that she was aware that Moiz knew this very well, but said one cannot expect much from someone who has previously lied about their own identity.
She further added that such a person could do anything. “Earlier this matter was only between you and me, but now you have attacked my family,” she said.

Maria B also said that character assassination and mudslinging have long been tactics of so-called ‘desi liberals’ to divert attention from their agenda, but added that she would no longer remain silent.
She announced that legal action would be taken against Moiz and also against the publications that reported the allegations without verification.
Meanwhile, on social media, many users appear to be supporting Maria B, urging her to continue raising her voice against what they describe as the LGBTQ agenda.
