As many as nine flights of different airlines that were scheduled to depart from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) were canceled due to various operational and technical issues on Monday.
List of the canceled flights:
- Serene Air flight ER-811-scheduled to land in Jeddah from Karachi
- Serene Air flight ER-522 – scheduled from Karachi to Lahore
- Serene Air flight ER-502-scheduled to depart from Karachi for Quetta.
- Air Sial flight PF-145 –scheduled from Karachi to Lahore
- Emirates Airlines flight ER-609 -scheduled to reach Dubai from Karachi
- PIA flight PK-241-scheduled to take off from Karachi en route to Dammam
- PIA flight PK-310 -scheduled to land in Quetta from Karachi
- PIA flight PK-157- scheduled for Salam Kot from Karachi
- Baltic Airlines flight OD-136 is -scheduled to land at Kuala Lumpur from Karachi.
cancellations of flights at Karachi Airport have become an order of the day as every day several national and international flights are cancelled mostly due to technical reasons.
