The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government, under the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has officially lifted the ban on recruitment across the province. The only exception to this ban were those cases that were already in progress with the Provincial Public Services Commission (PPSC).
In addition to the ban, Chief Minister Gandapur had mandated a thorough review of all recruitment activities conducted from February 1, 2023, to February 29, 2023. He directed the relevant authorities to submit detailed reports of these recruitments to his office within a week, ensuring transparency and accountability in the hiring process.
The lifting of the ban is expected to have significant implications for the province, potentially opening up numerous employment opportunities for the residents of KP. This decision reflects the government’s commitment to addressing unemployment and strengthening the workforce within the province.
