Rallies and public meetings will be held across the country to protest against the brutalities and grave human rights abuses in India-held Kashmir.
Pakistan will also observe Black Day on October 27, to express solidarity with the Kashmiris in IoK.
The press release said, “The national flag shall be flown at half-mast throughout the country on Sunday, 27th October 2019.”
The curfew and communication blackout continued across IoK on the 61st consecutive day on Friday and the valley is under a continued military siege since August.
