ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant of Prime Minister on Information, Firdous Ashiq Awan has said, “Kashmir cause is the top priority of Pakistan’s government.”
Addressing a press conference, Firdous Awan said that Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired an important meeting and asked for the nation’s support to mark the upcoming Solidarity Day.
She said that activities in this regard have been started from February 01 that would continue beyond February 05.
She said that the government would observe Kashmir Day at district, tehsil and municipal committee level also, adding that the people within the country should realize the gravity of the Kashmir issue.
Firdous Awan said that India was violating the rights of Kashmiris in the display of the worst form of state terrorism, adding that Pakistani nations should send a strong message of support to Kashmiri people.
