KARACHI: Four people have received burn injuries due to a gas leakage explosion in the residential area of the Gizri area.
According to details, among the four injured were two brothers who got burnt due to the gas explosion. The injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital. Medical aid was provided to the four injured in Burns Ward of Civil Hospital.
In this regard, the officials said that the blast was caused by a gas leak. The condition of the injured is said to be out of danger.

Earlier, the driver of a water tanker was killed in a landmine blast in Nasirabad district in western Balochistan. A water tanker was also damaged in the blast in the area yesterday. As soon as the incident was reported, a heavy contingent of Levies Force and police reached the spot.
The sound of the explosion was heard far away. The body of the driver of the deceased water tanker was shifted to Dera Murad Jamali Trauma Center. Authorities said that a preliminary investigation suggests the incident was the result of terrorism.
