K-Electric maintenance shutdown schedule for August 31

K-Electric has announced a scheduled maintenance shutdown affecting various areas of Karachi on Monday, August 31, 2026

Power outages are expected between 8:00 AM and 18:00 PM, with residents facing 8–10 hours of load shedding depending on their area.

According to the utility provider, electricity supply will remain suspended in several residential and commercial areas from morning until evening due to planned maintenance work aimed at improving the power distribution system.
