ISLAMABAD: A circular has been issued by the National Assembly Secretariat in which a joint session of the Parliament has been announced to be held today, with a 2-point agenda.
According to the details, the federal government has changed the schedule of the joint session of the Parliament. The joint session of Parliament was supposed to be held at 5 pm on Monday, which will take place today, July 6, in the afternoon.
The joint session of Parliament will be held today at Parliament House Islamabad at 3 PM. PPI says that Speaker National Assembly changed the meeting schedule under Joint Sitting Rules 1973.

The National Assembly Secretariat has issued an official circular regarding the change in the timing of the joint session of the Parliament. In today’s meeting, a unanimous resolution will be passed against the burning of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
Federal Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Javed Abbasi will present a motion against the burning of the Holy Quran on Eid in Sweden. Members of Parliament will express their views on the motion.
At the end of the debate on the motion, the resolution of condemnation is likely to be passed by a majority vote. It should be noted that there is great anger in the world of Islam against the burning of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
