LOS ANGELES: Actress Jennifer Aniston has announced to join the list of celebrities making donations to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
The Friends actress posted the announcement on Instagram that she will be making her contribution by donating to the American Nurses Foundation Coronavirus Response Fund.
The actor wrote on her Instagram Story: “I’m so proud of my partners at @aveenoua, who along with @jnj, are supporting frontline workers with a generous donation to the American Nurses Foundation Coronavirus Response Fund.”
“I’m joining them in making a donation because their courage and dedication are beyond admirable and they need our support,” she added.
She also lauded the healthcare officials around the globe, putting their lives at stake to save others. Earlier, Aniston made posted a remix of the Friends theme song to her Instagram story.
The clip was originally posted by Northern Ireland–based singer JC Stewart, which puts a relatable 2020 spin on the sitcom’s famous opener tune, sung by The Rembrandts, altering some of the original lyrics to reflect our current era of social distancing.
