Earlier this year, the Pakistani Coke Studio song by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill, ‘Pasoori’ stormed the internet and has ever since ruled over our hearts.
Written by Ali Sethi and Fazal Abbas, the song is based on a folk tune and mixed with modern beats– this perfect fusion has transceded not just India-Pakistan borders, but even crossed global boundaries.
Right from Bollywood celebrities to international musicians and dancers, all have been going gaga over ‘Pasoori’. Recently, an international YouTuber, singer and vocal coach Justin Burke has covered the popular song Pasoori.
The vocal coach translated the song into English and sang it in the same pattern along with a scenic video. A female singer also accompanied him in the song.
Pakistani followers of Justin Burke are supporting his version of Pasoori. Many social media users are appreciating his efforts and said that the vocal coach has tried his best to recreate the song in a beautiful way.
