India has the same issues with China as well, why does this country have to bomb Pakistan in every film instead of China? This rational question was raised by none other than an Indian himself, Kamaal R Khan.
The controversial and outspoken Indian film critic recently bashed the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Fighter’ for its label of being an ‘Anti-Pakistan’ film.
For those who are unaware, ‘Fighter’ is an upcoming Bollywood film featuring a star-studded cast and high-octane action, however, unfortunately, the film just like the majority of Bollywood movies showed the portrayal of Pakistan in a negative light.
As the film’s trailer and promotional material started circulating, it caught the attention of many Pakistanis aswell as Kamaal R Khan, who didn’t hold back in expressing his views on the matter.
KRK criticized the film for what he sensed as an unfair representation of Pakistan, asserting that the repetition of such narratives is now boring. “We have the same issues with China as well, why do we have to bomb Pakistan in every film why not China?”
Since the trailer of Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘Fighter’ movie was released, anti-Pakistani agenda. many Pakistanis along with celebrities have voiced against the movie over its anti-national narrative.
It seems that the film revolves around the Pulwama attack and India’s retaliatory strikes in Balakot; inshort it’s an anti-national movie for Pakistanis just like Tiger 3. The film, which will hit the theatres on January 25 in India, has clearly depicted Pakistan in a negative light and this needs to be stopped as it’s a harmful stereotype, initiated by India.
