Twitteratis are not coming slow, after the government enhanced the petrol price by 8.25 percent. Premier Imran Khan is on the hit list of netizens and becomes a top-five trend on social media as the public is not happy with the hike in petroleum rates during his reign.
However, one of the Twitter users wrote, slamming the Premier that, “Pakistan’s inflation rate increased by 12.66 pc, prices of petrol and ghee shoot up. Just don’t worry PTI government is going to distribute SABAR card”, another while posting a picture in which a bus is seen carrying the load more than it should not, with a caption reading, “Situation”.

Earlier, according to notification of the Ministry of Finance, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 137.79 per liter. The price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs 12.44 per liter. According to the notification, the price of kerosene has been increased by Rs10.95. The new price has been fixed at Rs 110.26 per liter.
