ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has stopped the police from arresting PTI leader and former federal minister Murad Saeed until the details of the cases come.
In the IHC, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the request of former federal minister Murad Saeed to provide the details of the cases and prevent his arrest.
Advocate Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in court on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner’s counsel requested the court to provide the details of the cases registered against my client and the details of the ongoing inquiry and investigation in other institutions including FIA.

Murad Saeed should be prevented from being arrested until the decision is taken on the application.
The Islamabad High Court in its order said that no action should be taken against Murad Saeed until the next hearing.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the High Court said that the parties will be called and asked, and appropriate orders will be issued.
The court issued a notice to the police and FIA and asked for the details of the cases filed against Murad Saeed by next week.
