ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the Toshakhana criminal case in the District Sessions Court Islamabad today has been adjourned till May 3 without proceeding.
Due to the leave of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar of the District and Sessions Court Islamabad, the hearing has been adjourned without action.
Election Commission lawyer Saad Hassan and Imran Khan’s assistant lawyers Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and Khalid Chaudhary appeared in the court. As the newly appointed Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar was on leave, the hearing was adjourned till May 3 without proceeding.

It should be remembered that on April 27, a new judge was appointed to hear the Toshakhana case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
On the other hand, the Islamabad High Court disposed of the petition by issuing orders to the NAB to take action according to the law for the lack of investigation involving Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case.
