Famous singer and social activist Hadiqa Kiani has successfully completed a major flood relief operation in collaboration with Alkhidmat Foundation, distributing relief goods to 1,000 affected families in Jalalpur Pirwala and Shujaabad.

The relief package included dry ration, bedding, quilts, water coolers, mosquito nets, mats, utensils, and other household essentials. Moreover, stationery, toys, and gifts were specially provided to 500 children. Aid was distributed to 600 families in Jalalpur Pirwala and 400 in Shujaabad.

Hadiqa Kiani met with affected women and children, listened to their concerns, and said that the flood was a major tragedy, but the organized and effective efforts of Alkhidmat Foundation are truly commendable. She announced that she would collaborate with Alkhidmat to establish disaster management centers in Jalalpur Pirwala and Shujaabad.

Syed Abdul Qadir, President of Alkhidmat Foundation Multan, said that since the start of the floods, thousands of families have been rescued and provided with relief, and the organization is now entering the rehabilitation phase. Senior Media Relations Manager Shoaib Hashmi said their mission goes beyond immediate aid—they aim to support families until full recovery, with a Farmer Rehabilitation Program launching soon.

After the event, Hadiqa Kiani visited Basti Bhopat Wala, expressed solidarity with affected families, and encouraged youth to join programs like “Bano Qabil”, learn skills, and take charge of changing their own future.
