KARACHI: Former President Asif Zardari has strongly reacted on statement, given by Chairman PTI Imran Khan, and termed it as part of a larger international conspiracy against state institutions.

In his statement issued here, Asif Ali Zardari said that the main objective of this person [Imran Khan], who had become greedy for power, was to weaken the institutions. During the period of Imran Khan, the government institutions were badly used for fulfil and accomplish personal ambitions.

He said that the government was busy in redressing the damage caused to the institutions by the conspirators, and every conspiracy would be foiled with full force.

Asif Zardari alleged that all the actions of the conspirators were aimed at attacking the integrity of Pakistan and its institutions by taking dictation from across the border, and the same would be met with a befitting reply.
