Governor Sindh inaugurates Ehsaas-Saylani Langar Scheme in Umerkot

UMERKOT: Governor Sindh Imran Ismail today (Monday) has inaugurated the Ehsaas-Saylani Langar Scheme, in the Umerkot district of Sindh.
According to details, several leaders including PTI Senior Vice President Sindh Mahmood Moulvi were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
On the occasion, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail lauded the services being provided by the Saylani Welfare Trust for establishing kitchens in the country and the general philanthropic works and public welfare initiatives of the trust across the country.
Governor Sindh further said, “The philanthropic services of the Saylani Welfare Trust are known to everyone as it has been taking practical steps since long to extend facilities to common people.”
“Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Ehsaas-Saylani Langar Programme in order to help the most deserving and the poor people of the society,” Governor Sindh added.
PTI Senior Vice President Sindh Mahmood Moulvi took to Twitter and said, “Visited Umerkot with Governor Sindh to inaugurate Ehsaas-Saylani Langar Scheme.”

Mahmood Moulvi said that the government’s topmost priority is to provide food to poor people. “The programme will reduce the problems of the poor segments of the society,” he added.
Ehsaas-Saylani Langar Scheme is one of the projects of the federal government’s Ehsaas Programme that aims to combat hunger throughout the country.
