The gold prices in the local market on Monday dropped following a fall in the international market prices.
The rate of gold in the international market was recorded to be at $1940 per ounce after a drop of $5.
The price of 24k gold in the national market was Rs239100 per tola after a fall of Rs700. The price of 10 grams of 24k gold faced a drop of Rs600 and was sold at Rs204990.
The price of 10 grams of 22k gold however sustained at Rs187907.
The price of 24k silver sustained at Rs2900 per tola.
