Four terrorists gunned down in Balochistan’s Awaran: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Four terrorists were gunned down in exchange of fire with the security forces near Awaran, Balochistan, said Inter-Services Public Relations on Saturday.

According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Frontier Corps (FC) troops spotted and engaged terrorists move near Awaran, Balochistan.

The terrorists were killed during intense exchange of fire with the FC personnel . The security Forces also recovered weapons and ammunition from the terrorists.

Earlier, a notorious terrorist linked to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was killed by Security forces during an operation conducted in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an area Sanitisation Operation was conducted in the Dewagar area of the former tribal district on reports of terrorists’ presence.

During intense exchange of fire, terrorist Zahidud Din, resident of Dewagar was killed, the military’s media wing said. It further said that the terrorist Zahidud Din was an active member of TTP in the Dewagar and Kharseen areas.
