Wheat flour prices have witnessed a decrease of up to Rs. 17 per kg in Karachi, the media reported on Friday.
According to the report, a notification on new flour prices has been issued, according to which the price of 2.5 number flour in wholesale has been reduced by Rs 17 to Rs 66 per kg.
According to the notification, the price of 2.5 number flour in retail has also been reduced by Rs 17, after which the rate of Rs 70 per kg has been fixed.
In the port city, the price of fine flour in wholesale has been reduced by Rs 10, after which the new price has been fixed at Rs 78 per kg.
According to the notification, the price of fine flour in retail has been reduced by Rs 10 to Rs 82 per kg.
In addition, chaki aata will be available in retail for Rs 90 per kg after a reduction of Rs 10.
It should be noted that wheat prices have seen a significant decrease in the country in recent weeks after the new crop reached the market.
