The Afghan Taliban have warned the Khawarij insurgents that fighting in Pakistan against the orders of the Emir is not permissible. Those waging jihad abroad are not true Mujahideen, and granting permission for jihad is the sole prerogative of the state Emir, not any individual or group.
According to details, while addressing the passing-out ceremony of police personnel, Taliban commander Saeedullah Saeed stated that going to Pakistan despite the orders of the state leadership is an act of religious disobedience.
He warned the Khawarij insurgents involved in terrorism in Pakistan that it is not permissible to fight in any country, especially Pakistan, against the orders of the Emir. Those joining various groups to wage jihad abroad are not true Mujahideen.
Commander Saeedullah Saeed said that calling those who launch attacks from one place to another “Mujahideen” is wrong. Declaring or permitting jihad is solely the authority of the state Emir, not of any group or individual. If the state leadership has already given the order not to go to Pakistan, then going there despite this is religious disobedience.
He said that any jihad carried out based on personal ego or group affiliation will be considered mischief (fasad) according to Shariah. The groups launching attacks in the name of jihad are disobedient to both Shariah and the Afghan Emirate.
