KOT ADDU: A violent armed confrontation erupted between two notorious gangs in the Ehsanpur area, resulting in the death of a proclaimed offender. The clash, reportedly centered around a dispute involving the alleged ‘Lady Dacoit’ Zarmina of Paharpur, saw a fierce exchange of fire between the rival factions.
According to police sources, the bloody encounter took place between the ‘Iqraari Bola Gang’ and the ‘Baluchan Gang’, both vying for control or ownership over Zarmina, or a related dispute.
The tension escalated when Tariq Mashuri, a proclaimed offender affiliated with the Iqraari Bola Gang, arrived in the Ehsanpur area with an accomplice, allegedly to target Nadeem Balochan, a member of the opposing gang.
In the ensuing gunfire, Tariq Mashuri was fatally struck and died on the spot due to indiscriminate firing from both sides.
Swift Police Response
Upon receiving reports of the incident, a heavy police contingent swiftly arrived at the scene, securing the area and restoring order. Authorities took custody of Mashuri’s body and transported it to THQ Hospital for a postmortem examination.
In a rapid development, Nadeem Baloch, the primary accused involved in the exchange of fire, surrendered to the police immediately after the incident. Meanwhile, law enforcement agencies have launched raids across multiple locations to apprehend Javed Abi, another alleged dacoit who was accompanying the deceased, Tariq Mashuri.
Meanwhile, police officials have initiated a thorough investigation into the incident, aiming to uncover the full extent of the dispute and bring all involved parties to justice.
